Pacific Overtures theater poster

Stephen Sondheim and Amon Miyamoto’s Pacific Overtures theater poster and flyer.

Performed at Kanagawa Art Theater in Yokohama, Japan, June-July 2011.

two versions of the horizontal poster/flyer was created due to Japan’s earthquake/tsunami that just happened while we were in midst of the project. At the end, version without people were used to be sensitive to the natural disasters and the lives lost.
